I encourage all potential clients to first schedule a complementary fitness assessment. This will  include the following:
                                      -Current health status (i.e. body fat %, weight, circumference measurements)
                                      -Information regarding any existing medical conditions
                                      -Dietary & Nutritional Counseling
                                      -Goal coaching

In addition to the gym, I also provide in-home training and park workouts. The training that I offer focuses on a several key principles which I believe are fundamental to getting fit and staying healthy.
